Bentall recognizes that while it is a good thing to offer self-serve to those who want it, better service does not happen by removing people from the equation. ClikFIX isn't designed to replace people, it's a tool to help them give you better service. ClikFIX allows Bentall to ensure that the people at our end have all the facts instantly at our disposal when you call. ClikFIX has been built specifically for Bentall and is increasingly being regarded as one of the most technologically advanced tenant response systems available. Simplicity At its heart ClikFIX is designed to make it easy for you, as a tenant in a building managed by Bentall, to communicate your service needs, to ensure that your requests are resolved and that your service expectations are met. Ease of communication is achieved by extending the time we are open (well beyond standard office hours), and by offering a wide choice of contact methods. As an example, you can choose between phone, fax, web, email, or wireless when you need to place a request. Ease of monitoring performance is achieved using some simple web reports, which clearly measure the service delivery against deadline for every request that you make. At your option, you can even choose to activate real time satisfaction surveys, one request at a time. Meaningful Standards But ClikFIX doesn't stop with simplicity. Despite the user friendly face, ClikFIX is based on some of the most advanced tenant service technology in the world, all of which is focused on ensuring that services are delivered to your satisfaction, every time. Absolute Accountability One of the things that makes the ClikFIX system unique is its ability to assign service deadlines one request at a time. The system literally translates the agreed upon service levels into specific deadlines for specific types of requests.
